It supports both builds. In med-high keys (6+) you're likely going to want to go Stormbringer since it does more AOE damage with 4p bonuses and procs.

In terms of ease of play and sitting back and doing less except moving out of bad stuff Farseer is ultimately simpler, will sim closer to your actual numbers. And if I am being honest I like it more than Stormbringer. Enjoy.
